My friend and talented writer and editor Alethea Kontis making brain shots at the APEX DIGEST party. This is a lady of many talents. She told me how to make them, but I don't remember the directions now. It involved Baileys. I know the shots looked totally disgusting, like brain tissue and blood floating in alcohol. But they tasted like strawberries and cream! Yum!
